DVM
Dr. Nicole Kuha hails from the northern land of Minneapolis, Minnesota. While she misses the forests, snowy holidays, and hockey season, she is so excited to be in San Diego! She completed her undergraduate engineering degree in Montana before going to vet school in Wisconsin where she also completed her Masters of Public Health. She finished a 1-year Emergency and Critical Care specialty internship in La Mesa, CA after vet school. While she loves the nature of emergency, her heart lies in preventive medicine, and she hopes to continue incorporating public health in her practice by promoting wellness and access to veterinary care for her patients. She has 3 cats of her own named Mango, Hubble, and Tuli. Her hobbies include lapidary, making jewelry, reading sci-fi and fantasy bookd, gardening, hiking, and above all, traveling! Dr. Kuha is so excited to get to know the beautiful La Jolla community and take care of your pets!
