By signing this release form, I am authorizing any employee and/or representative of La Jolla Veterinary Hospital to post my pet’s picture (Scarlett) on La Jolla Veterinary Hospital’s website and/or Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram page. I understand that there may be a caption added to my pet’s picture and I authorize the staff of La Jolla Veterinary Hospital to have absolute freedom in what they publish along with my pet’s picture and absolute freedom regarding when they post my pet’s picture on either La Jolla Veterinary Hospital’s website and/or Social Media pages.
